I think what matters most are regulations regarding recruiters and employers in China.

I do not know of any current resources in the internet. But maybe, someone who knows can provide links and post them there. If there are resources only in Chinese, I can offer to do some translation work if the texts are not too long and if it is on an occasional basis only.

Currently, I have a lot of work to do and not that much of free time.

One side of the coin is to know one's rights. The other side of the coin is to know one's obligations as well. So, I would prefer to broaden t5he scope of topics on this board as there no rights without obligations, both of them make a whole and are inseparable.
