As has been stated MANY times on these boards, simply avoid teaching English in South Korea, it is just not worth it with all the lying and racism and xenophobia that takes place there...
You can get out, if you have your passport, simply do a runner and live and work elsewhere. Your bank balance and your sanity will thank you for it in return:)
