where do you teach?
i think that it is more of the culture in mexico. make more communication with the parents about the statisitics of success with English and also tell them more of what their students are doing good/bad, secondly make them pay upfront. we have a business here in mexico and that is the way to do it. if they pay as they go it starts huge problems with responsibilities. try that out!
