Ten Places to See in Bermuda

Bermuda is composed of wonderful islands interconnected to each other by bridges. It is situated along the coast of Cape Hatteras in North Carolina. Its majestic beaches are popular worldwide, thus, it became one of the favorite tourist destinations.

1.) Chaplin Beach and Horseshoe Bay

There are just some of the wonderful beaches of Bermuda. This areas offer great sites for scuba diving as well as snorkeling where you will get to see a variety of the marine creature of Bermuda. There are also wonderful yet affordable hotels dotting the beaches.

2.) Stonehole and Warwick Long Bay

These are two other popular and beautiful beaches along the coast of Bermuda. These areas also offer scuba diving and snorkeling lovers a wonderful opportunity to see sea life. Also, the pristine waters are a great way to relax and swim in, but not only that, the beaches of Bermuda have also catered to a lot of weddings because of the wonderful scenery they offer.

3.) Bermuda's golf and tennis courts

If you are a golf and a tennis enthusiast, then you will surely love Bermuda. Bermuda's Mid-Ocean club is popular because of the challenges it offers, and this club offers seven courses of 18 holes each course. As for tennis courts, there are numerous in Bermuda that playing tennis will surely be a relaxing one for you because of the wonderful scenery they offer as well as the impeccable services.

4.) Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo

This is one of the favorite and popular tourist destinations in Bermuda. Here, you will enjoy watching the varied marine life like seahorses and fishes as well as a shark. In the zoo, you will also get to see different kind of tortoises as well as other kinds of animals.

Visit this wonderful town and get to know more of Bermuda's culture and people. 7.) Botanical gardens of Bermuda

What better way to enjoy an afternoon than by walking along Bermuda's Botanical Garden? You will see beautiful plants here like a wonderful selection of orchids and cactuses. There is also a small craft shop here that has a lot of gift items for you to choose from.

8.) Astwood Cove and Park

This is an ideal place for a couple to have his wedding. But aside from weddings, it is also popular for picnics as well as nature walks. Experience an afternoon here curled up on a blanket while reading a good book.

9.) Blue Hole Park

If you love bird watching, then this is a perfect park for you to visit. This is a wetland and is a perfect habitat for birds. You can also have a leisurely walk along its grounds and enjoy the scenery.

10.) Gibb's Hill and St. David's Lighthouse

Bermuda is also known for its lighthouses. Aside from the help these lighthouses give to sailors, it has also become a favorite tourist spot. You should also visit Gibb's Hill Signal Station for some tea and for some nice souvenirs that you can take home.
