Dominican Republic: Punta Cana Travel Tips
By:Aristides Guerra <aguerram@gmail.com>

Find a good map of the area.

Pack for warm weather but expect a cool breeze in the evenings so we recommend packing slacks or long dresses. Most restaurants on the hotels will require semi formal attire so the slacks and dress will serve for that purpose too.

Don't stay the entire time on your hotel, go out!. We know is hard to resist the temptation of the all inclusive packages but those Pina coladas won't go anywhere so get out and enjoy the many Punta Cana excursions which may even take you to the opposite end of the country (don't worry, it can be done in just one day).

Get the All Inclusive packages because in the end you will end up paying less and it will be a worry free vacation.

Hunt for deals online: you can find VERY cheap flights and vacation packages in places like Apple Vacations and Budget Travel. search search and then search a little more, the deals are out there!

Make your Punta Cana Itinerary in advance: research online for things to do and activities and organize your schedule so you make the most out of your well deserved vacations.

Don't forget your bathing suit and sunscreen, these will be the two items you'll use the most.

There are many Punta Cana Travel specials out there, we even help you find them on our Punta Cana official Vacation Guide. ( http://www.puntacanatravel.org> ) We know you've spent many hours researching for your trip and we want you to have the best and most accurate information available online. Our site is run locally here in the Dominican Republic so we know what we're talking about.

Have a nice trip! :)
