Over 10 years ago we focused our objectives in becoming a "learning organization", and developed new structures and working processes aimed at promoting the continuous development of all stakeholders within the institution (teachers, principals and students).

We have strengthened our backbone: education through values and bilingualism. Our innovation process includes the development of learning skills by implementing the theories of Teaching for Understanding, Multiple Intelligences and Effective Thinking, developed by prestigious academics from the Universities of Harvard and Oxford.

Florida Day School is the first institution in Argentina to fully adopt such concepts as part of a comprehensive educational process that includes children and teenagers, teachers, principals and the organization itself, all key players of the learning and teaching experience.

We strongly believe that education must keep pace with an inexorable fact: the world has changed and will continue changing at great speed. While it is impossible to provide children with all the contents they will need for life, we must nevertheless give them the basic principles and values and prepare them to understand change and to practice continuous learning. Preparing students for the future, to perform as adults, requires innovative ways of learning at school.
