Find a Spanish-language chat room, and chat online. (You can also do a voice chat if you have the required software.)

Get a job in a Mexican restaurant or store.

Remember to always be safe when meeting people. For example, choose public places to meet at, such as coffee shops, schools, or parks.

When you do start conversing with a native Spanish speaking person on a regular basis you will notice a major increase in your understanding of the language and ability to speak it. Then, you will be able to learn Spanish fast and effectively.
