Cheju National University has upgraded its education and research programs to secure international competitiveness, using the geopolitical position of Jeju Island at the center of Northeast Asia.

If ‘Jeju Advanced Science and Technology Complex ’ - one of the major projects of the Free International City - is completed in 2011, the surrounding areas of the Ara Campus of Cheju National University will grow into an innovative international industrial cluster.
