This is a position for a Native English Teacher available in a school full of international students from all over Asia and the world. Our school is located at Dhoby Ghaut in the centre of the city in Singapore. Right next to Orchard Road.

Teachers will be responsible for following a class syllabus and teaching the proper material given. Our programmes currently all use Cambridge textbooks, although teachers may be required to pull additional material of their own to help aid their lessons. Teachers also will have the freedom and are encouraged to add their own touch to their lessons and make them more interesting and interactive for the students.

Teachers are also responsible for keeping a daily log of what is taught in the classroom and helping a team of teachers grade the monthly exams.

The school day is broken up into six 50 minute sections, with 10-20 minute breaks in between and an hour lunch. Teachers will teach two different classes every day, 3 morning sessions, then change to a different class for 3 afternoon sessions.

Teacher's working hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm every day. This allows time for teachers to do their teaching, lesson planning, and any extra work they have.
