Taiwan and American curriculum system
Every classroom have multi-media equipped with a computer, LCD projector and screen plus Internet access.
Every year there is an approximately annual salary increase of 3%.
School provides furnished apartment

Teachers schedule (8:00am-5:00pm) (Monday to Friday).
Maximum teaching hours is 22 teaching periods per week. (Each teaching period is 40 to 45 minutes.) About 20 periods of preparation time per week.
Teachers will assist in any subject-related activities at school or major school events, during weekdays and/or weekends (about 1 or 2 times per semester).
Teachers will assist in preparation for any English-related materials, such as listening test recordings, Story Time at English Library, etc.

Begins from NTD$62,720 for Bachelors Degree holder and NTD$69,965 for Masters Degree.
The maximum pay is up to NTD$86,820 per month.
