The Plain of Jars lies in the province of Xieng Khouang, northeast of Vientiane. The capital of the province is Phone Savanh. Kong Keo Guesthouse is in the centre of the town, near Post Office, Restaurants and Market, but away from the dusty and noisy main road, in a quiet environment.
