Transport

The University of Queensland provides a shuttle bus connecting the St Lucia and Ipswich campuses this service operates 5 times daily at very low cost. The electric rail system directly connects Ipswich with the capital city, Brisbane - a mere 45 minutes away by train, or 30 minutes by car using the freeway system.

The Ipswich CBD train station is a 10 minute bus ride from Unilink Village and provides services to Brisbane every half hour. The train line will also connect you with transport out of Brisbane, to the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.

$105 per room per week standard room in 5 bedroom units

$140 per room per week ensuited room in 5 bedroom units

$135 per room per week standard room in 3 bedroom townhouse

* Utilities (ADSL internet, electricity and water) are included in the rental payment.

* Telephone accounts are the tenants' responsibility.

* Connection to the Unilink Village ADSL network is free and usage, up to 5Gb download per month, is included in the rent.

* Offstreet car parking is available FREE OF CHARGE.

* On or before arrival we require a bond of 4 weeks rent, plus 2 weeks rent in advance.

* Rent is payable every 2 weeks by direct debit from your nominated bank account.

* An exit cleaning fee of $120 applies to all leases. Departing tenants are expected to remove all personal belongings and all rubbish from the unit and clean and stow all kitchen items in the appropriate cupboards before an exit inspection is conducted. All other cleaning is covered by this fee.

* All other facilities are provided FREE of charge.
