At Intown Suites, you can stay as long as you need. As an extended-stay facility, we do not reserve rooms for fewer than 7 nights. However, if you are staying at least 3 nights, our rates are so low that we still offer a tremendous savings over most standard, nightly hotels. Reservations are accepted up to 180 days prior to arrival. Maximum occupancy per room is two (2) adults and one (1) child under the age of 18. Registered guests must be 21 years of age. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Hours vary by location, but generally our offices are opened Monday - Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. While we only reserve standard rooms online, some of our properties do offer different room types.
