I am a DOS in China with 17 foreign teachers in my school from many different countries.
I find no problem with the "black" or Asian teachers however if I read your letter I can see that you dont have enough grasp of the English language to write correctly. If you were teaching correct English in my school you would not last long and that goes even for a "native" speaker. Don't complain if you dont have perfect English because this is why the Chinese employ the "whitey."
