should i be worried?

I recently accepted a job in South Korea, and have already signed the contract, but I have heard little from the school since I've sent the documents(over a week ago). I'm supposed to be leaving by the end of the month. From what I've been told, business is sometimes done differently in South Korea, and I shouldnt expect the same as in North America. I don't want to seem pushy, but should I just keep trying to contact the school? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
