Harbin is also very very cold in winter (like Winnipeg) another reason to look elsewhere. That teacherswatch website was a good read. It describes Korean university management accurately, DEGREE MILLS, churning out unqualified students wither they come to class or not.
Few students graduate with a working ability even in the English departments. Sad but true. The managements don't care, they collect tuition fees, their reason for being. Private children schools are where the exciting learning takes place and be prepared for 120 hours of teaching per month. It is a heavy load.
