There are so many complaints about "RACISM" in todays Western Society.
People who aren't from the west feel discriminated against.
They want equal rights in the countries that they live and work in.
What I am proposing is that if ESL teachers and other overseas workers were treated with any dignity at all within SOME offending schools and workplaces, then the mistreated workers wouldn't come home and perpetuate racism in their western countries. Put simply, treat others as you want to be treated. If bosses bully and cheat workers, then their culture will continue to be discriminated against in the West.

Dialog:

"How did you enjoy your job, Bart?" said mom.
"I got ripped off by my boss and my friend was left at the airport", said Bart.
"Would you like some apple pie?"said mom.
"Yes please," said Bart.
"Thanks mom, I feel so much better now." said Bart
"You're welcome."said mom.
TELEPHONE RINGS....ring, ring, ring, ring.
"Hi, it's your uncle Fred from New York, how is Bart?
"Oh, some terrible things happened while in Asia, do have a few hours?"
"I'll come over, after I finish writing the editorial for the New York Times.
"Sure, see you then"
"Bye".
