Recruiting Fees?

In response to Wow, 700-800 dollars for a teacher (Recruiter)
What is a reasonable price to ask for recruiting? I'm considering undertaking that role for my school, and was wondering what was reasonable to ask for. Feel free to reply to me via email if you would rather not divulge that information publicly. Any help would be appreciated.
