Dear Bhudda,

To test your theory/hypothesis/dogma, I've been sitting here thinking "snail" for the last 10 minutes and so far have noticed no hint of a shell starting to appear on my back...though my scoliosis hasn't improved at all i must say - and i do detect the manifestation of a certain sliminess in the crevices, but that could just be one of those personal hygiene "issues" as the young people say these days, and i really must get around to changing the bathwater.

to achieve the best results, should i perhaps be thinking in Tibetan or some other tongue of that most philosophically and spiritually superior region? and if so what would be the most appropriate translation for the phrases "lotto winner" and "obscenely wealthy layabout"?
