Cheonan City is 80 kilometers away from Seoul (by expressway). Population is over 400,000. mountains. Lower apt rent than Seoul roughly 25%/40% less. quiet, no many English speakers, food; fruits, restaurants, bars, etc. good and more affordable. Hiking is popular there. Easy for you to be in Seoul every weekend with your friends.
