I feel sorry by all new-naive teachers applicants that copy and paste as an example the ghost contracts from the internet. Most probably put on line by disgruntle ex-teachers. Almost all the teachers responsabilities are erased from the ghost contracts.
By showing this ghost contracts to schools, the new-naive teachers are telling the school, in your house my rules. At the end, this is not worth it anyway as schools can do as they please. If a school accept to change their original contract for the ghost contract, it means the school is very flexible "changing" rules and will change all the rules anytime they need something. Not a good place to be at all. Please mature, instead of "changing" the school rules, find a school with rules closer to your needs.
