The person who posted this warning is wise to suggest researching the situation. However, he/she should have taken their own advice. There is more than one American International School located in Cairo. AIS is an established organization that opens schools in many different countries. It has been running its Egyptian branch for many years and has developed a solid reputation for the education it offers its students. AISE is a newly developing program (as is clearly stated within the job posting)which is under the auspicies of an organization which has other international programs being offered in addition to the American Diploma program.

Acronyms can be confusing and people with experience in the Egyptian school systems should know to be cautious when considering school names. I invite anyone with concerns about the validity of this posting to call me directly at the school (409-0958, 409-0276) to gather information or, if local, come visit the school to see what we are attempting to build.
