Flexibility, which cannot be provided by any automated system, should be instilled in all
walks of our lives from politics or education to forums discussions.

Correct - an automated system by it's very nature is designed to be inflexible so as to enable covert discrimination based upon age, gender, hair colour, toe shape and nose size etc etc.

Instilling "flexibility" into politicians isn't possible.. One could try but imagine lesson one with Trump.. The cattle prod would run out of battery power..

Schools can instill flexibility but that'll soon be knocked out of students once they join the "real world" and run into employers whose only intention is to ruthlessly exploit people.
