Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

No, modern china will never be a great society. There is such a thing, however as finding someone whom you can start a life with from other places. There are a lot of countries, cultures, and tribes to choose from. Sadly, you are right about western men. Many I have met fit the profile of what you have said about them.

Being born into a tribe doesn't mean you are in it forever. The human race became diversified through intermixing, eh?

Can I get an MA or PhD in Applied Linguistics there?

Maybe a geriatric Chomsky is on staff there, waxing lyrical about the halcyon days of linguistics in the early 60's, LOL!

Learning a trade is definitely the way to go for youngsters in 2018. University qualifications are often useless nowadays.

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

Yes, I feel that you have a good understanding of this mindset. You have experienced it first hand.

China could really be a great society I think but not ever with the current system. Apart from the social restraints in China there is the obvious lack of democracy and the rule of law. Not to mention ongoing human rights abuses.

There is a glimmer of hope though as recently I've seem contestants on "If You Are The One" ( Fei Chang Wu Rao ) openly rejecting many Chinese societal norms.

Even one guy suggesting the younger Chinese should "go their own way", he means PGTOW ( People Going Their Own Way ), not just men.

Sadly, many Chinese will never go their own way. They will listen to all the bullshit they hear from parents/politicians/teachers.

Western society still also has a lot of blue pill type men who are basically wage slaves, white knight types and manginas.

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

This "duty" comes from the Cult-like value of codependency that chinese people who become biological mothers and fathers give to their children. By manipulating their children to have their own children, the now-grandparents get to stay in their adult kids' lives. It is considered "normal" in the modern dysfunctional chinese society. As someone who comes from this kind of background, I can testify to the truth on this.

I read somewhere that elevator maintenance people in the USA make up to six figures per year. Colleges/Universities are slowly losing their appeal. Looking back, I definitely should have picked up a trade, and perhaps went to university much later.

It is the re-birth of Turnoi. He seems to be more mellow and content these days, good for him. Just my opinion however. BTW I just realized I 've been posting on here for over 10 years: congratulations to me, lol! November 2007 was my first ever post. Turnoi and myself and others have seen of a few GW's over the years, hehe!

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

I am glad you liked the pics. I will have to post a pic or pics sometime wearing all my chains including the gold one and my most expensive watch. I went out shopping yesterday, some people said I look "cool", a bit corny but a compliment nevertheless. I'd prefer to be called "stylish" or "distinguished". All I can say is that MGTOW has really worked for me since mid-2015. It 's not too late for you either!

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

I think maybe Turnoi was just taking the piss, I 've always sort of liked his quirky sense of humour. Yeah, feminists don't like it when the boot is on the other foot. These women have more rights and privileges and entitlement than at other other time in human history. And the bitches still complain, it almost beyond comprehension.

#16 Parent John O'Shei - 2018-03-29
Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

Turnoi should really just admit that he was missing us all.

As for me, pretty much any photo that I post gets blocked, my photos of Big Red to mock feminists proved to be pretty offensive I think.

#17 Parent Silverboy - 2018-03-29
Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

I think there is still some hope for them. Chinese men need to learn to say NO to women. The problem with the Chinese is that they fall for this "duty to family and society" nonsense, it's communist propaganda to control the masses. To be fair, a lot of Western men also fell for this "I have a duty to women and society" nonsense up until fairly recently. Men have no such responsibility!

#18 Parent Silverboy - 2018-03-29
Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

I would also like to add that M.G.T.O.W is not a war against feminists. We are not interested in warfare. We know we can't win a war, a slanging match with feminists. We just don't give a fuck about mainstream society. We go our own way. Men can destroy feminism by doing nothing. That's means, not giving women money, attention, not helping women, not doing things for women, ignoring "women's issues" and "rights".

As "silly" as it seems that most of you are THE SAME PERSON. Posting under different user names, you think it's fun to reply to yourselves. Good old doctor Turnjakunen jokers who'd want to influence the market but they can't since nobody is listening to them.

On the topic of "The SENIOR high school students", the system supplies them with "Advanced English" course books which you wouldn't probably know much about as you're just the cheep forums characters that crave to rule the board. Anyhow, the quality of the Chinese high school academic material and approach to teaching English is one thing while the nature of this site's forums and its proximity of debates another.

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

You are correct that a lot of Australian university graduates can't find employment. The figure is probably a bit higher than in the report you mention. Turnbull is a fool, a narcissistic snob who knows fuck all about the real world. These unemployed graduates should never have gone to uni. They could have got skills in construction and been gainfully employed on big wages now.

#24 Parent Silverboy - 2018-03-29
Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

I think China is one country where MGTOW really needs to take off. These women who expect to be given houses and cars as a condition of marriage need to be put in their place. I have always considered most Chinese men to be weak minded due to the fact that the majority of them are blue pill weaklings who can't say NO to women!

#25 Parent foxy - 2018-03-29
Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

As you no doubt know, there aren't enough women in China to provide every man a wife. So, the women are empowered. Even the ugly ones can find husbands fairly easily.

On RNZI I heard a news item that said around 38% of summer graduates from Australian universities have still been unable to find full-time employment. They are working parttime jobs!

Turnbull's advice to future Aussie school leavers was to do due diligence before selecting a degree course to study at an Aussie university.

Not surprising that ABC Radio National chose not to report this!

Poor bastard, I feel a bit sorry for him but he should not have bought her those gifts and dinners the silly bugger!

A fat car salesman could have been a good catch, he may have been good in the bedroom and and given Rain the pounding of a lifetime.

A big wad of cream pie may have done her the world of good!

#27 Parent foxy - 2018-03-29
Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

As a rule, Chinese women who choose the English name 'Rain' are romantically inclined. They think it's romantic to walk in the rain with their boyfriends.

However, their parents may still have a huge influence on whether or not their daughters proceed with a planned marriage. A Sichuan teacher of English broke off her engagement suddenly after 3 family dinners. Her parents had managed to persuade her to dump a fat car salesman because he had told a lie about his weight. Rain's mother feared the salesman would eventually suffer from diabetes and thereby incur huge medical bills. Rain returned his engagement ring.

He had spent a lot of money on dinners and gifts, so he was angry. But to no avail!

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

Yes, instead of jumping on the "me 2" bandwagon the Western politicians should focus on improving their own countries. You won't see any Asian politicians talking about rubbish like feminism and "women's rights". Women over there are just told to shut up. Men in the West and in China ( the blue pill betas ) need to do the same. Ignore women's "needs" and wants, give em nothing!

People these days are too easily offended! And there are too many populist causes, such as me2, promoted by the media to divert us from the important issues of bad governance and corruption practiced by lying politicians.

It's really pathetic.

Dear Rain,

You have said:

Yeah! You teach Chinese students English is just like Chinese teachers teach foreign students Mandarin. It’s too easy.

I agree totally.

Don’t you think some students in China are also behave badly and don’t follow teachers’ words?

You hit the nail on the head. These idiotic left-wing libtards are only concerned about "racism" when it affects Asians and blacks.

Asians are extremely racist. If I want to be be racist to the ones I don't like I fucking will and I don't give a shit.

Everyone's racist in Asia, including the locals lol. Why don't you go to the police and complain about Silverboy being racist online? Oh yeah, the police are racist too, they'll also be racist to you because they don't like the white left or the blacks. So, I guess that you're just going to have to enjoy some racism.

People like you are everything that is wrong with ex-pats, especially in China. A sniveling little weasel who kisses the arse of his "hosts" and is relegated to "guest" status. These Asians had better start being more grateful. It is a privilege for Asians to have people like me in their countries, not a right. It is also a privilege for an Asian gal to have a white 40 something boyfriend also. You are an arselicker, go away!

http://www.listenradios.com/uk/talksport-radio-uk.html

According to the radio station whose link I have copied and pasted above, the UK is short of high school teachers in some key subjects. The govt will recruit mature adults, and pay them grants of 26,000 GBP to study at college.
Obviously I'm too old. If I weren't, I wouldn't take a refresher course! Teaching maths in the UK was hell and very stressful. It still is. By contrast, teaching EFL in China is a walk in the park. There are too many wicked moronic pupils in western high schools!

I heard that simile, as thick as a brick, used recently in a news report about a book recently published on Trump and his family. The simile was used by the author to describe Ivanka Trump. However, she is a former escort who married into money. I suggest she isn't thick at all, but her much older hubby is!

They are paying you to do a job. Just like anywhere else in the world. And the airport is always open. BTW I didn't think they hired racists to teach English overseas nor did I think racists would want to. I guess when you are unemployable back home then you have to take what you can get.

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

Hi foxy, Please open the attachment, where you can find my photo. Can you recall me? Haha Wish you good health!

Yes, I remember you. You are still as good-looking as you were back in the day! How could I forget you! But I had forgotten your English name. My memory is not so good these days.

Many thanks for your best wishes regarding my well-being.

Now I will talk about teaching:

In the west. there are prescribed textbooks to be used by teachers in middle schools. The trouble is the material is too hard for many students!

In the UK, students must study a foreign language for 2 years. Those who hate it can drop the subject after 2 years, and many do so!

In the USA, students must pass tests at the end of each module of study in order to be allowed to move on to the next module. Each module lasts for about 1/2 a semester. They are called SATs. You must have passed a minimum of a fixed number of SATs or else you can't graduate from middle school. Only senior high (senior middle) school graduates can apply to colleges and universities for diploma/degree courses.

But mature adults in the west can study at colleges/universities with lower entry qualifications. Such adults are presumed serious re their studies, unlike some recent happy-go-lucky senior high school graduates. Senior high school graduates without any qualifications in a foreign language can get college/university places quite easily.

Canada has a system similar to America. Australia and New Zealand more or less follow what the UK does.

Dull students will study in small classes, sometimes with a teaching assistant and a teacher present. But I doubt the presence of a teaching assistant for students with learning difficulties will be of much use, and I think it's a waste of taxpayers' money!

Few UK students study Chinese. America has more students of Chinese. Canada has more too, but fewer than America. Surprisingly, Australia and New Zealand do not have many such students despite being relatively close geographically to China.

My suggestion for teaching low achievers. During each lesson, show them some internet photos relevant to the module you are teaching. Try to break the lesson up a bit to make it less boring. Some variety, in other words. Encourage the students to write very simple sentences about a photo or two and then ask a student to read his/her sentences aloud.

Best wishes,

foxy.

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

That might just be the lefty/Commie tactic of discrediting the opposition that they've always used for years; in the past people tried to say that I was the same person as Turnoi posting under another alias. The vast majority of people didn't believe such stupid allegations as it is obvious that both of our writing styles and set of beliefs are very different.

It's strange how both left wingers, wumaos and scumbag private school staff will all use the same tactics, it's like they're all reading from the same training manual. Maybe I need to read Saul Alinsky's 'Rules for radicals' and other such social justice warrior literature to get a greater insight into how their minds work.

Visa renewal is always a pain, whether in China, Vietnam, Thailand or elsewhere. The Asians are so ungrateful and self-serving. They should be PAYING US to stay in their countries! If they want the best they must pay for it. Same with Asian women. The Western man must come first. Funny that the silly "FT in PRC" thinks I am you btw, she really is thick as a brick!

Re The SENIOR high school students who hate studying English!

Hi Rain,
I believe you are referring to JUNIOR high school students.

Let me think about the problem.

I'll e-mail you after a few days with some advice.

I have been retired since leaving your school.

About my residence permit -

I have two options to choose between:

Option 1 - 400 RMB for 180 days. Photos 25 RMB for each residence permit. No medical examination.

Option 2 - 800 RMB for 360 days, but I must undergo a medical examination first, costing about 370 RMB! And there is no refund for my wife if I pass away before a residence permit is due to expire!

Best wishes,

foxy.

Hi, foxy! I’m teaching senior high school students. Maybe a lot of Chinese students don’t like learning English just because the English books in China is not interesting. Do western students like learning Chinese? You say you’ve been retired. So it means you do not need to work now?

Okay, I understand now, SENIOR high school students, I will reply in a few days.

Please send me a photo of yourself as an attachment to your next e-mail so that I can recall who you are.

I am not allowed to teach in China as I'm over 60. The visa rules are very strict these days. Were I to be caught teaching, I'd be deported and banned from returning to China for 3 - 5 years, after having to pay a heavy fine of at least 20,000 RMB!

I receive occupational pensions from the UK, so I needn't work to survive. In any case, I am too ill to work as I have chronic heart disease. I was in hospital for 2 days shortly before my most recent birthday late last year. I have stopped drinking beer and eating meat about a month ago in an attempt to lose weight. I am losing weight, that's for sure, and it's necessary for me to do so, but I can't stop smoking!

Best wishes,

foxy.
