Why would you be interested if it sounds low? It IS low, but for for how many hours? Who cares about the going rate. The question is, do you want to work for that amount, and in that place.

There are places in the world where the reality of less money is compensated by a great environment, social life, etc. For me it would take a very high wage to work in an environment that didn't have such attractions -not to mention a nice climate.

Survive in Moscow

I lived in Samara on $600. Some people save money on that much but they generally stay home and eat noodle dishes and on their vacations devise obscure exercises on the Comma.

You should be able to stretch your money to the next payday. Now if you get a hot girlfriend who wants you to make her think she is in Merikee by the places you take her.... well, that might be different.

Teaching Moscow?

Hi everybody,just got offered a job in Moscow at 600 U.S/mth with free accommodation.

This sounds pretty low to me,is it the going rate?Can you survive there on that?

Could anyone with experience please advise
