Never send money, and tell 'em we said so!

I have been offered a job to Greece and they have asked for sending a payment for arranging work permit and visa!.
I found it a bit odd,If anyones has the same case or knows anything about Millennium primary and middle school in Athen.
I would appreciate it ,as don't know what to do or if they are real or ..!!.
