In Response To: Going To Live On The Costa Del Sol, Spain (Ruth Polak)

Hi Just like yourself myself and partner want to live in spain we came over to bacelona and travelled down to places inland of Tarragona Le Hospalet de enfent and surrounding areas we found a few plots we liked but one in particular a Ruin just of and old disused tarmac road this one was replaced by a new N class road The ruin itself is on top of terresses and needs a bit of JCB work to form a haft decent access road it is about 45sqm and have been told that could get perrmissions easly to reform property to approx 65sqm Their is an archietects certificate to say it is more than 25years old and have been told that we should have no problem getting permissions.i would like your coments on this as you have said that renevations are banned in Rural areas
