If you have TEFL certificate you will be able to find a job visa internet. There is no need to come to Russia first as that will be additional expenses. To tell for sure if you prefer contract with package (visa, accommodation, holidays etc) you will be guaranteed certain salary, but it will be less than what you can get as an hourly-paid, cause schools already pre-paying your expenses, so on overage you get about the same compensation.
