I believe that the best way to learn the English language is not just to interact with someone who knows the language well but someone who has the heart, passion and most importantly, someone who has the skill to teach the language.

I am Gefie A. Fabon, 26 years old, a bona fide Filipino citizen and currently working on an ESL academy here in the Philippines.
I was a former vocabulary teacher (winter camp) on this academy and was promoted to become an education manager (2 years now).
I enjoy teaching English language and sharing my knowledge to our international students. I believe that my strong ESL experience and education will make me a very competitive candidate for this position. The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include:

- I am an individual who is enthusiastic about doing his job.
- A person who has confident to achieve his goals in work or even in my full lifecycle.
- Whatever I do, it motivates me to do the best that I can and it drives me of continuously doing it.
- An individual who works with heart, passion and skill.

Regardless of my degree (Hospitality Management), the academy allowed me to work on their prestigious company for they saw my full understanding of what ESL teaching is all about. That it is not just teaching a specific language but sharing ones knowledge to another.
