Thank you for taking the time and trouble to view and read my Career Summary and peruse my
Resume and accompanying documentation:

Having recently graduated with an MBA in Educational Leadership (International) I also have a UK Trinity TESOL and TESOL Canada.
I have a BA Honours Degree in Social Policy from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK. This BA
covered Education, Health and Housing Policies of the local regions of the UK and Europe and other
international countries in all aspects of governmental policy, inclusive of education, counselling,
discipline, management and political movement within these areas. I am currently working on my
dissertation for my Masters (MSc) in Project Management and my thesis compares entrepreneurial
‘start up’ education projects between the two different counties of Egypt (post and pre political
crisis) and Malaysia in the midst of the ‘One Malaysia’ policy and the implementation of the new
Primary School Curricular the new KSSR. As well as comparative procedures and compares the
history of the two countries’ education systems over the duration of the (1970’s to the 2000’s).
I taught English as a second language to Middle Eastern and Gulf students in England and with a
Counselling qualification from Canterbury University, Kent, UK (City and Guilds Counselling
Certificate). I also volunteered myself as a phone – line Counsellor for the East Kent Rape Line,
Canterbury, Kent, and UK. I worked in England as a Residential Social Worker for teaching and
rehabilitating children with learning disabilities and Special Needs such as ADHD and Autism. I
followed family migrants to Montreal, Quebec, Canada where I worked in finance and studied for my
TESOL Post Graduation Diploma there and graduated again in 2008. Over the years I have worked
in all hierarchical positions in many international, private language schools and taught both the
British and American Curriculum's whilst subsequently performing my managerial duties too. I have
also taught Business English for Berlitz Org, in Turkey, after leaving Canada. Preparatory English for
Women’s Universities Saudi Arabia and trained Teachers in Malaysia for the Malay Ministry of
Education and Nord Anglia Education in partnership with Brighton Education Group (a British owned
education company based in Malaysia). Whilst mentoring Malaysian Primary Teachers and taking

them for TPD's (Teacher Development sessions) I did actually enter state classrooms on many
occasions and was asked to teach year 6 students and was happy to oblige. Although the three year
TELL (Teaching English Language Literacy) Project managed by Nord Anglia Education, UK in
partnership with Brighton Education Group Malaysia. Focused mainly on years’ one, two and
sometimes thee, respectively. Plus, I have taught over a span of around 13 years now - not just
adults but all age groups of children too. I also have experience in the following fields: Education
Consultancy and Education Managerial, Leadership, Curricular and Resource Design, Teacher

E.L.P. English Language Professional and Teacher’s Mentor:
Overseeing five Malaysian Primary Schools in the English Department, in a bi – weekly rotation of
visits. To mentor the Primary Teachers and suggest resources and activity – based lesson plans. As in
accordance with the new KSSR Standard Primary School Curriculum (modelled on the National
Curriculum for England). For, Year’s one, two and three pupils. The new and recently introduced
curricula materials are modular based on reading, writing, listening and speaking on consecutive
