Hello, dear employer! Now I’m in China. I work as ESL Teacher in Yichang International School and I’m looking for jobs for the next year. I am not a native speaker, but it firmly believes that it is more advantage than disadvantage. During my study, I was taught to all grammatical rules, the order of words and other linguistic nuances. While native speakers from childhood know that on a subconscious level and cannot always explain why they say one way or another same words and words combinations.
