I spent my childhood abroad, living in Madagascar, Morocco, The Seychelles and Mauritius island, between the ages of 2 and 14. I grew up in cosmopolitan communities mixing English, French and Creole languages.

Back in France, I kept studying and at 18, I began an 8 year career with the French navy as an officer.

In 1998, after having passed a BTEC Higher in Methods & Logistics Operations, I based my self in the French Alpes for 15 years, working in the snowboarding industry. This gave me the opportunity to meet lots of people from differents countries.

In 2010, in paralell with owning a restaurant in an international ski resort, "Les 2 Alpes", in the French Alpes, I took part in the association "Anglais Sans Frontières".
Voluntarily, we were teaching English to seasonal workers who needed to increase their level. It's easier to find a job in an international ski resort with good English speaking skills.

In order to provide reassurance of my fluency in English, despite being a non English native, I also undertook a TOEIC course (scoring 910/990) in Nov/Dec 2015 with STEREDENN SCHOOL in Dinan, France.

In February 2016, I completed a 120 hour TEFL course with SEETEFL in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Since 2008, I've been travelling in SE Asia every year for 1 to 3 months (Thailand, Lao, Cambodia, Sri Lanka). I love the culture, natural environment, and community spirit found in this part of the world. Speaking English most of the time is also another good reason to spend time here - and that's why I have now decided to live, and to teach English in this corner of the globe.
