Ji-Jeong Middle School- Teacher
Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea: September 2007- August 2010. I taught elementary and secondary English as a foreign language (EFL). While there I was the featured teacher for classroom demonstrations. Teachers from across the province would come and observe my classes to learn techniques and teaching skills. I also was chosen to evaluate and critique the other teachers in the province. I would sit in on a class then have a meeting with the teacher and administrators where we discussed strengths and areas where there could be improvement. As I was leaving, the Provincial Office of Education asked me to view several CDs that contained all of the teachers in the classroom. They wanted me to appraise the teachers and rank them with a written summary of the reasons for my decisions.

After each presentation, I sat and talked with them about how to improve what happens in the classroom.
