Summary
Youth Ambassador member from 2011, curious entrepreneur passionate about technology, languages, education
and people. Alan is Certified as English teacher by internationally recognized entities and has successfully
attended to a great deal of courses that helped him deconstruct the current idea of how to transfer knowledge,
such as Leaders of learners, Harvardx and others.
In 2013, at the age of 20, already a languages instructor, founded DB Consultancy and Training with his now
deceased associate Bruno Batista for the first I.T Educational project with IBM and Impacta and he didn't stop
there.
Noticing that the way most people taught until now was not compatible with the Human Brain greatness, Alan
started to specialize himself in Neurolinguistic programming and began to study and create many forms to
make linguistic processes natural to the students already within the first classes. The credibility and the taste
for languages grew so much that he then founded E.C.I. Brazil to attend the specific languages demand and to
properly name the method which was being used in the corporate projects.

Youth Ambassador 2011
U.S. State department and World Learning
October 2010
As part of the Youth Ambassadors team, I've joined volunteering causes in the U.S, met politicians such as
Hillary Clinton and Arturo Valenzuela, presented workshops to high school students all over the country and
also attended classes in some of these schools. Through this experience, I've improved my public speaking
and English skills.
This program is not only a month long. It sparkles in you the need for change, for improvement and once
you're part of it, you feel responsible for the evolution of your community and everyone around you.
During this program I have:
-Prepared and ministered various workshops in English about social issues in my City, country, etc.
-Participated in social works, such as field cleaning, food distribution and educational activities in the US.
-Attended to several workshops about leadership, culture integration and social work.

July 2013 - Present
About the project: Nowadays, public education is barely enough. Our children are not motivated to study, and
when they are, the school conditions are, most of the times, terrible.
The founders have created this project and dedicated a lot of their time (and money) on it. They basically go
to elementary schools and organize spelling contests, but in a very dynamic and fun way! They give time and
content in order to the students prepare themselves and the "Winner" of all the rounds AND their teacher win
a tablet.
All this sounds great in theory, but the improvements in their education and grades are fantastic! We also
keep track of this and it's amazing to see how big is the improvements!
Within this project, I work with students development charts and reports, new supporters and volunteers
acquisition through paper distribution, workshops and social media.

professionally through studying and making studies my hobby.
With the motivation, I guide students to find free content both online or through partnerships and
organizations.

Members:Alan Dantas, Caio Fernando de Sousa, Bruno Renato Batista
We noticed that the two biggest problems regarding youth getting involved with I.T are
1)The language: the best content is in English.
2)Money: Most of the Portuguese content that are valid for a starting apprentice is paid.
We created a knowledge base through videos, blog posts and documents so we can use in our volunteer
programs and share to everybody! Especially the children involved in our courses and volunteer causes.
Our videos will be in:
