Practice make perfect! Talk to other English speaking people and listen carefully when someone else speak in English (best to hear it from native English speaker to get the right pronunciation).

You can learn English from TV as well. If you just learn the language, try to watch toddler or kid channels to learn the language. You can turn on the subtitle as well to make it easier to learn.
