In order to become a doctor, lawyer, teacher, or preacher takes years of grounding and a solid grasp on career motivation. Imbibing career motivation must take place at an early age to allow children sufficient time to get to know them and discover their possibilities.

Career motivation has many forms. It can be shared in many ways, but the earlier this concern is addressed the better it proves to be for both children and professionals. It is advisable that schools should take up the responsibility of inculcating the values of career motivation in students at an early age itself.
