hey,

we are in the same position. primary school with about 40-50 students in one classroom. well the best thing for you is have control of these students. thats quite difficult coz you know, they are kids..... what i really did in my class is i gave them some goodies like stickers, balloons, and etc. not all of them of course coz they have to pay attention too. and other than that you should talk to one or 3 students and bribe them with anything, tell them to help u control the class and then giving them stickers (which is very cheap). i have some chinese assistants here but the heck they dont give a s### with the students so i dont just dont give a s### with them. i have a very wild classes here but i manage to control it.

and lastly, dont kill yourself by working so hard with that school. enjoy. .......
