Dear Kissob,
In the example you gave, the only correct response would be to use wasn't it? as this is an example of a tag question. Basically, a tag question refers to the actual statement being made. Here is another example, "That book is really expensive, isn't it?"
Here the correct response would be either "Yes, it is.", or "No, it isn't."
