Dear Dr. Palcuto,

Thank you for providing a detailed explanation to help ESL Students develop effective Reading and Comprehension Skills.

I am very familiar with your ideas. When working with my students and with Teacher Candidates, I have taught them the same strategy using the Letters SQ3R.
S stands for Skim, Q for developing Questions, and the 3 R's for Read, Review and Re-read.
