Rheno,
I understand your frustration with teaching high and low students within the same class. Here is a suggestion you might consider using:

Have the high level students become peer tutors/coaches with the low level students. That way, the high level students will not feel bored, and the low level students will feel more at ease in learning from their peers as compared to learning from you as the "teacher.
