In Response To: I need ideas for an English 'Carnival' (Howard Zinn, Historian)
I've tried games in my classroom that reward 'winners' with certain monetary rewards. Mind you, I'm no Regis Philbun. Such games may work in your carnival.
You may even invent a 'casino' game for the gambling types.
