I have to teach conversational English to some coworkers of mine, but I don't want to steer them wrong. How should I begin or assess their english proficiency? I was advised to treat their English level like that of kindergarten, but I think that's too low a level. So, should I begin with the interview suggestion that someone posted on here some time ago?
