Teaching English at a Kindergarten

I am currently teaching English at a Korean kindergarten in Shanghai. I have been here for 2 months and don't know what to do. I teach 3 classes, 2-3 year olds, 4-5 year olds, and 6-7 year olds. I started out with the alphabet. I have tried everything from playing games, singing songs, and worksheets but the kids just don't stay focused long enough. This is there first exposure to English so maybe this has something to do with it but I am not sure. I don't speak any Korean at all and so most of the class, the students just run around. What should I do!? Thanks ahead of time!
