I think setting a topic each time might help.Topics like "What is an ideal occupation for you , why?" , "Describing a part-time job you did before",anything that is interesting and easy to them. At the very beginning, give your own opinion as sample expressions. Hand-out of vocabularies and sample sentences are helpful,too.
