in this case, I would prepare a small report on what your experiences and observations are with this 7 year old boy. Try to be accurate and list the most important points, and try to be brief. I think that's you could do. Those committee members who are perhaps educational and/or other kind of specialists do not know the boy, but you do. Hence, try to provide them with as much accurate information as possible for them to draw the appropriate conclusions for the right steps to be taken in order to help this child!
