Since your kids have a short attention span, you are going to have to create learning activities that are short in duration. My advice is to incorporate music into your teaching. See if you can find records or CD's from Greg and Steve- they have different activities tied to music that help teach young children, and also get the children involved in learning through both singing and body movement.
