Help!

I'm teaching a class of 4-5year old ESL learners. They can speak fairly well, using "My name is.." "I'm 4years old" their favorites colours, etc but they have an attention span of 5 mins tops. I'm having alot of trouble focusing these young ones and coming up with any type of lesson plan or strategy for class time. I've tried songs, and games, but may need more! But most of my classes I'm just running after them, putting socks back on feet hahaha. Anyone with suggestions who has worked with children this young? Thanks for any advice!
