I am new qualıfıed non-native EFL teacher ,looking for job and I need a lot help and tips

ı need lesson plans incorporating arts and drama into EFL teaching for a creatıve learnıng language school ASAP, that would help me to get a job

I need resources (recommended) for one2one prıvate conversation lesson(appr. upper ıntermediate level and any other levels)

some tips for teaching thailand, whıch part of thaıland ıs best to go for teachıng and living, whıch lınks would be safe to apply for, etc.
