Here is my advice-
Stop, take a deep breath, and then look at your options. I don't know about the economy in Korea. However, I do know if you quit and jump from job to job, you will be looked at as an unstable teacher and will have difficulty in finding another job- especially with the global recession.

With that said, I would recommend that you find out what the interests are of your students, and then develop lessons based on those interests. Motivating students is key before you can actually teach them.

Also, get to know them as a person.
