teaching english
By:M <mgr@gmail.com>

I am a new teacher teaching english in korea and i have no clue of what i have gotten myself into
i teach at a place where the children are already advanced at english, lower than kids in the USA but still talented
i have NO CLUE how to lesson plan, what to do for writing lessons, how to motivate these kids or get them to even listen to me
my boss and co workers are almost no help and i literally am going out of my mind

should i quit if i feel like the kids arent learning from me?
is it normal for esl teachers to have little experience and then not even know the material or how to teach it?
i had to teach 5th grade grammar but when i saw some of the grammar words, i did not even know more than half

should i quit? is it easy to quit a job in korea?

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
